The KWC (Karaoke World Champions) contest is held each July in Finland. KWCUSA is the American effort to send our best karaoke singers to Finland to compete for the world title. KWCUSA needs your help.

In exchange for volunteering to host one extra event for KWCUSA finals, all venues and hosts through out the United States Of America (and it's possessions and territories) are invited to participate by hosting a KWCUSA Local Tournament.

Host's Local Tournaments begin in August and run through December. (Tournament dates may be extended through January or February provided there is no conflict in scheduling of semi-finals.) Finalists of Local Tournaments will be eligible to advance to a semi-finals or state finals.

While there are costs involved in hosting tournaments (such as printing and advertising) there is no fee charged to hosts or venues by KWCUSA. Rules, forms, logos, instructions, and award certificates are freely available online and may be modified and printed as desired by hosts.

KWCUSA hosts are granted all production rights over all of their events including finals, and may profit from, co-brand, and sponsor or seek sponsors as they desire.

KWCUSA is supported by the ($20.00) entry fees with 50% of all fees going directly into the KWCUSA Prize Fund which is distributed to our USA finalists in the form of travel and lodging or cash at the conclusion of USA finals in May.

The 50 state finals are in held March, The 10 Regional finals are held in April and the USA finals are held in May.
