Instructions:
Sponsors are also requested to pledge an amount to help offset the travel expenses of the singer should they be qualified to enter nationals by merit of finishing 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in Regional Finals.
Regional Finals are anticipated to be held in April.
KWCUSA National Finals are anticipated to be held over two days in May, in Washington State.
Singer should (upon becoming a regional finalist) return to sponsor to recieve the pledged amount directly, bringing the certificate of advancement and identification.
Sponsor should verify contestant status with Tournament Host before fulfilling pledge.
Pledge amount should only be given directly to Singer and only upon proof of identity and status following the KWCUSA Regional Finals in April.
