KWCUSA contestants themselves are KWCUSA's greatest team sponsors as 50% of their KWCUSA entry fees go directly to the prize fund (which is gjoes toward sending our top singers to Finland to compete in the Karaoke World Championships.)
Just by entering, every singer joins in this team effort, and thus, KWCUSA encourages ALL karaoke singers to enter and help America to be well represented in Finland's world finals.
All KWCUSA event hosts aquire sponsors independently.
You are directed to their web sites (where applicable) or to them directly for listings or more information. KWCUSA encourages the business community to actively seek out KWCUSA event hosts in
your locality and inquire about sponsoring America's Karaoke Team through them.
Contestants may seek sponsors for their entry fees as well as pledges should they become finalists in their regions. Click below to view and print out a sponsorship form. You will need to verify contest information with an official KWCUSA Tournament Host and copy Tournament Host's contact information from the hosts regional page.

NEW! Host a pre-trials contest for KWCUSA!!!
Your club or venue may sponsor the entry of 6 singers to KWCUSA for $150.00
Become an official KWCUSA pre-trials sponsor.
KWCUSA is now accepting applications from venues, clubs and KJs to become KWCUSA pre-trials sponsors.
This may be the easiest means of participating as a host or sponsor. For $150.00 hosts will be able to assign entry for 6 singers (3 male and 3 female) into our regular KWCUSA tournament events. This may be done by holding contests, drawings, or selecting the 6 by means of your own choosing.
This offer is limited. KWCUSA will work with our current hosts to make sure there are contest events for the pre-trials sponsored contestants to enter. Regular KWCUSA hosts will recieve $5.00 for each entry to their events sponsored by our new pre-trial sponsors. It is possible that in some cases these contestants may be directed to
enter state or regional finals directly. It is also possible that applicants (sponsors) will be turned down when there are no available contests for their singers to advance to. KWCUSA will process requests (as always) on a first come first served basis.
Hosts may elect at any time to also become a regular KWCUSA tournament host themselves, subject to the terms and conditions imposed upon our regular tournament hosts. (They must volunteer to host an extra event such as semi-finals for KWCUSA in addition to their tournament.)
If you are interested in sponsoring KWCUSA contestants by becoming a pre-trials sponsor contact us immediatly and
we will in turn contact the host nearest to you for details on their events. Be sure to include the typical full contact information, and mention your desire to be a pre-trials sponsor.
As our tournament host will recieve $30 per each pre-trials sponsor to their contest, KWCUSA encourages our hosts to actively participate in recruiting these clubs, KJs and venues. They may collect the fee of $150.00 and remitt
to KWCUSA just the regular fee of $120 which covers the actual entry fees of the contestant.
Those who wish to purchase forms, posters, banners, trophies, or T-shirts etc. may
do so as we make them available. Please ask if there is something you require. A packet will be mailed to all accepted pre-trials sponsors which will include a CD of forms etc. and sponsored entry certificates for 5 finalists.
Pre-trials Sponsors must be perfectly honest with folks by stating that they are a Pre-trials Sponsor and that they are sponsoring the entry fees of 6 singers.

Carol (of Fresh Flower Card) contacted us early on and offered to give our winner a flower card (worth $30.00.)
I asked her if she would make it two awards as we have two top finalists, and she said yes, and
will also be awarding this (2004) year's finalists another flower card. She has been invited
to attend the finals and make the presentation in person. ...And so it starts, or has already
begun... the inclusion of sponsors, merchants and vendors in events will be adding interest and
variety even in the smaller clubs and venues.

Washington state's top two finalists were awarded 4 hours recording time with Linder Productions
Randy Linder can produce a quality three song demo in his project studio in the four hours,
or the four hours may be used as desired by the singer. Everyone has been delighted with this!

Our first place finalists will also recieve a complete training program for the full voice.
This double CD includes:- "A live vocal lesson" plus a "Complete vocal training program" with Hollywood's"Top Vocal Coach", British Vocal Consultant "Jon Dunmore Sinclair". And a live (or internet) vocal consultation.

(by myself looking for ticket sponsorship for the trip to Finland.) There may need to be some
negotiations before this is all settled as major sponsors may prefer an exclusive agreement
or extensive co-branding. By simply naming American Airlines as our official airline, a 5% discount
on tickets will be immedialtly realized for everyone, however, Mr. Steve may have already cemented another deal with Southwest Airlines, ...and KWCUSA works as a team, so Mr. Steve will recieve our

at all levels of the contest. Most helpful will be awards relating to travel. Every KWCUSA host is independent
and equally able to accept individual sponsorships and co-brand their contest materials to suit. Sponsors and advertisers are advised to
contact our hosts directly (find them at this site from the regional pages, or contact KWCUSA for assistance
in locating them.)
